Jordan Bishop at the forefront of movement to bring back Oregon State men’s track and field

In so many ways, Jordan Bishop has proven to be the perfect catalyst for an Oregon State men’s track team that is still more dream than reality.

The Oregon State sophomore – a redshirt freshman on the football team – has done as much as anyone to kick-start men’s track at a school that killed the sport in 1988 to cut costs.

Bishop is a local product, coming from West Salem High School just a 35-minute drive from Corvallis.
